A Whole-Hearted, Whole-Brain approach
that will make parenting easier, but also have wonderful
long-term benefits!

As a mum of two children and a teacher, I have learnt over the years that there is so much more to raising kids than simply using reward- and punishment.  In fact, I have learnt that the best learning takes place through strong connections.  All the latest Neuroscience research backs this 100%.

Parenting effectively is about:

  • understanding a child's brain development,

  • knowing what development stages your child is at,

  • as well as understanding what is happening during certain situations within the brain.

It's about using strategies that impact in the moment, to make parenting easier, along with the strategies that will equip our children to become happy, confident and resilient for the rest of their lives.

We do not live in the same world our parents did and we certainly cannot use the same strategies our parents used.

A whole-hearted and whole-brain approach, results in stronger relationships and therefore stronger families.
